All withdrawals from your 3ptt account will be processed in Pakistani Rupees to your verified payment method on record. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3ptt account credentials. Accounts found engaged in any prohibited activity will be suspended without prior notice and relevant authorities may be notified.

To register and maintain an Account on the 3ptt Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Age Restriction Notice: The 3ptt Platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Registration by any person under this age is prohibited. 3ptt reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation to verify age at any point and to suspend or close any Account where satisfactory age verification cannot be provided.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any of the details you have provided change.
3ptt reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such rejection.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 3ptt Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 3ptt will suspend all duplicate Accounts upon detection and may forfeit any balances held within them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. 3ptt will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account credentials where such use results from your failure to maintain their confidentiality.
You must notify 3ptt support immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account. 3ptt support is reachable via live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3ptt applies KYC verification to all registered Accounts. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 3ptt may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal facilities.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 3ptt reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive Accounts after this period, deducted from any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account, in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.
3ptt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT transactions, which are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 3ptt does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of initiating a deposit. 3ptt does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, provided that method supports withdrawals. Before your first withdrawal is processed, your Account must have completed KYC verification in full. Withdrawals are typically processed within 2 to 4 hours on working days. 3ptt reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
PKR Withdrawals Only: All withdrawal amounts are disbursed in Pakistani Rupees to your verified payment method on record. 3ptt does not transfer funds to accounts not registered in your name under any circumstances.
If you believe a transaction on your 3ptt Account has been processed incorrectly, you must notify 3ptt support within 30 days of the transaction date. 3ptt will investigate and provide a written response within 5 working days of receiving full details of the disputed transaction.

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or event. In cricket betting, the official result declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), or the relevant domestic cricket authority shall be used for settlement purposes. 3ptt's decision on bet settlement is final.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting session, 3ptt reserves the right to void affected rounds or bets. Malfunctions void all pays and plays. 3ptt is not responsible for losses arising from technical failures outside its direct control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures on your end.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3ptt Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the 3ptt Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 3ptt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 3ptt.
The 3ptt name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 3ptt. You are not permitted to use any 3ptt trademark, trade name, or brand identifier without prior written authorisation.
3ptt collects, processes, and stores personal data about registered Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged by 3ptt to operate the Platform — including KYC verification providers, payment processors, and fraud detection services — solely for the purposes of delivering those services and subject to equivalent data protection obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3ptt's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you into your 3ptt Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3ptt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
3ptt does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended for maintenance, security updates, or reasons beyond 3ptt's reasonable control.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on the Platform. 3ptt accepts no responsibility for any losses you incur as a result of gambling activity on the Platform. Please gamble responsibly and within your means.
You may close your 3ptt Account at any time by contacting 3ptt support via live chat or email. Before your Account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of Account closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3ptt holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 3ptt's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against 3ptt.
3ptt reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, registered Users will be notified via the email address registered to their Account at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substantive rights of Users — may be made without advance notice.
Your continued use of the 3ptt Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
